These are estate grown and essentially single vineyard. The wine maker is internationally renowned Brian White, and his expertise shows in the great structure and balance of all of the wines. The Chardonnay is lightly oaked, the Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon has excellent balance. The 100% Semillon is only made in those years when the quality is high enough, and 2002 was one of those years. The Shiraz is from low cropping dry grown vines, and is all you expect a quality Australian Shiraz to be; the Cabernet/Merlot/Shiraz blend is very approachable, but a serious wine and the Grenache from 70 year old vines, well, it is simply divine. These wines are drinking fabulously now and will cellar away, although at the prices we have these listed at, why wait?
	2002 Chardonnay	100% Chardonnay Light oak and full bodied with nice balanced structure. French oak. Alcohol: 14%
	2002 Three-D	65% Sauvignon Blanc; 35% Semillon. Lemon, lime and citrus with a hint of tropical fruit. Crisp and refreshing, with a dry finish and lingering after taste. Alcohol:  13.5%
	2002 Semillon	100% Semillon Only produced in good years. Nose is clean lifted tropical fruits with a slight grassy overtone. Palate shows delightful fresh fruit characters, with gooseberry overtones and a lovely clean finish. French oak. Alcohol: 13.5%
	2000 Shiraz	100% Shiraz  Grapes for this wine were cropped at  2 tonnes per acre. Plum and blackberry with that Shiraz spicy lift. Then a hint of cherry wrapped in fine tannins that round out a nice long finish. 12 months on American oak. Alcohol: 14%
	2000 Third Degree	65% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Back home in Oz, you’d have to give the III Associates the third degree to find out what the blend is each year (it changes each year) and what oak was used. 12 mths French & American oak. Alcohol:  13%
	2001 Grenache	100% Old Vines Grenache. The fruit comes of one very special plot of 70+ year old vines that Mary and her husband John have. Ripe plums, berries, a hint of dusty oak. : 12 mths French & American oak  Alcohol:  14%
